Our candles are double-poured by hand at our County Down workshop under the watchful eye of our chandler; Christie. We run on a small scale operation. We make our candles in small batches of 100 using French glassware, cotton wicks, carefully selected raw materials and time honoured techniques.

Vegan and cruelty free

Our creamy 100% vegetable wax candles are vegan and cruelty free. Our special fragrance collections are associated with memory and emotion. We have captured and bottled the scents of Ireland. The fragrance content in our candles is 9%, which is pretty high considering the industry average can be anywhere from 3-5%.

Pouring perfection

We take time to make our candles. Hand pouring candles is an old fashioned, slow process. The double-pour process is a bit like pouring a pint of Guinness. It can't be rushed. But we believe you will see the difference in how our candles burn and throw scent.

After the pouring perfection, the candle wicks straightened by hand. After the candles have settled and cooled, the wicks are carefully trimmed.

Only the best will do

Finally, the candle glasses are cleaned and polished. Only then can labels be hand- applied by local ladies Marie, Bridget and Kim. They take quality control extremely seriously; only the best make it out of the FieldDay warehouse…
