Promoting natural beauty
Just like the song goes, we love to go a-wandering. Mountain trails, fields or forests, you name it, if it's outdoors we love it. We believe no walk is lovelier than the walk you will make in a field. Our home fragrance collections pay homage to our native wildflowers found in Ireland's great outdoors.
But there's more to us than just candles and fragrances. A desire to promote the natural beauty of our land and raise awareness about conserving wildlife and habitats. That's why we've teamed up with Ulster Wildlife to support them in their local wildlife conservation efforts.

Creating floral feasts
Our Bee Friendly Seed Bombs are a fun to restore native wildflowers and create a floral feast for our pollinators. Our seed bombs are hand-rolled in County Meath, Ireland using local chemical free soil and loaded with 28 native Irish wildflowers.
Friends Of the Field Guide
Let’s keep our country clean and green. We can help each other. Especially our bees, as they are in trouble and need our help.
We need bees because they are important pollinators, allowing us to grow fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants. Without pollinators Ireland would be very dull and boring. We don’t want this to happen. Let’s not forget the hoverflies, wasps, butterflies and moths and ants who help out too. There’s lots you can do. Every little garden and window box can provide a pit-stop for hungry bees and pollinators.
Don’t kill or be scared of insects and bees
They may be attracted by your nice shampoo or bright t-shirt, but will fly off as soon as they realise you are not a flower. Sadly, our bees are dying out, with many of our farmers buying bees to keep their plants going.
Don’t mow – Let it grow
Give your lawnmower a little holiday. Allow strips of your garden to grow wild or let the whole lot go. See what comes up. Your neighbours might complain but the bees won’t.
Plant native seeds
Native seeds are best as our insects and bees have co-evolved with native flowering plants. They love their colour, smell and size and thrive on their native nutrients. Try our FieldDay native ‘Seeds of Change’.
Do a litter pick
All you need are a few old bags, gloves, litter pick (if you have one!) Invite a few friends to help out, the more the merrier.
Every garden having a wildlife corner
Let the dandelions, buttercups and nettles go wild. They provide precious pollen for our bees, butterflies and insects. They might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but when it comes to weeds, we’re with L.F Young when he said ‘When life is not coming up roses look to the weeds and find beauty hidden within them’.
Listen for the call of the wild
Take a hike and go wandering outdoors. Feeling part of nature is good for our health and happiness.
